Arrested was David Barrera, 26, who was driving a green Ford, Expedition on southbound I-15 at mile marker 122 when he was pulled over for swerving in and out of the travel lane.
Barrera was transported to the Mesquite Detention Center where he was charged with Trafficking a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Transporting a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Driving on a Revoked Drivers License. Barrera was processed and then later taken to the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas without incident.
