(Mesquite, NV) - Mesquite Police Officers made contact with a woman driving a green Toyota, Corolla in the parking lot of the Rebel Gas Station on Friday, 13th for investigation of reckless driving. After a consensual search of the vehicle officers found Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.
Amanda Olivas, 30 of Cedar City, Utah was arrested for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was also charged with Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (DUI).
Olivas was transported to the Mesquite Detention Center for processing and later taken to the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas.
