Nancy was raised in Draper, Utah where she and her family had a general store there for many years. She graduated from Jordan High School and attended LDS Business College where she took that education to help Max run their accounting business. She was very involved with her faith in the LDS Church and took much pleasure in the many callings she had over the years. But the ones she seemed to love the most were those involved with primary children. Grandma Puzzle, as she was called by her grandchildren, loved doing just that - putting puzzles together. It was this incredible patience that it takes to put a complex puzzle together that also made her such a great wife and mother.
After moving to St. George in 1980 to start a branch of their accounting firm, Nancy went to work in the property management business at Jerry Jensen Real Estate. She retired shortly after Max passed away to enjoy time with her grandchildren.
Mom is greeted in death by her parents; husband, one grandson, two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by a sister, Penny (Nigel) Thornell of Oregon; daughter, Barbara of Ogden; son Brian (Keri) of St. George; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the staff at Ridgeview Assisted Living Center for the wonderful care they have given to Nancy over the past few years.
