Ryan grew up in Parowan and graduated from Parowan High School. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Ryan loved the outdoors and enjoyed spending time with his friends who he considered part of his family.
He is survived by his children Jacey, Weston, and Mathew; mother Cleone Johnson Rowley of Parowan; his father Robert A. Rowley (Katrine) of Parowan; brothers Robert Alan (Kathryn), Guy James, and Russell J. (Kathleen); and sisters Lorraine Thompson (Michael) and Lynna Rowley.
He was preceded in death by his sister Laurel Ann Rowley and brother Richard J. Rowley.
Graveside services will be held Friday, April 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Parowan City Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, April 20, 2012 from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at the Parowan 2nd Ward located at 87 West Center Street in Parowan, Utah. Online condolences can be made at www.sumortuary.com
