She grew up in Jersey City, and spent the majority of her life there. She spent a short time in Arizona and has spent the last 12 years in Mesquite, NV. Dorothy worked for Westinghouse Manufacturing as a payroll clerk. She enjoyed watching old movies, shopping in New York and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include three daughters and one son: Harriet (Ed) Hoepfner of Mesquite, NV; Esther (George) Austin of AZ; Nathan and Michelle of New Jersey.
A visitation will be held at the Virgin Valley Mortuary, 320 E. Old Mill Rd., Mesquite, NV on Friday, March 30, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. with services at noon. Interment will be at the Mesquite City Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
