Tigers’ running back Brian Scott scored three first-quarter touchdowns in leading Hurricane to a 42-0 halftime lead.
Hurricane stayed mostly true to its script by rushing 41 times as a team (11 different runners) piling up 327 yards. Scott led the way with his 124 on only seven carries.
Tigers’ quarterback Taylor Parker stretched his arm a bit by passing nine times (completing four) and gained 79 yards. He added 52 yards on five rushes and rushed for one touchdown.
The Tigers’ defense was downright stingy. Snow Canyon’s offense amassed only 195 total yards (128 rushing, 67 passing), fumbled once and threw two interceptions.
Bryan Lee and McKay Leavitt each had six tackles and Lee added one sack. Zach Prince and Weston Yardley both had one interception.
Mitch Phillips led the Warriors with 81 rushing yards on 18 rushes and Corbin Moffitt gained 48 yards(six carries) and had the lone Snow Canyon touchdown. Dillon Cook registered eight tackles for Snow Canyon.
