(Beaver, UT) - Ruth Jeannette Swisher Green passed away in Ontario, CA surrounded by her family on Thursday Morning, March 31, 2011. She was born on January 8, 1917 in Phildelphia, PA, to Joseph and Matilda Miller Swisher. She married Charles Ira Green on June 12, 1965. Charles passed away later on. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Beaver, UT. Ruth loved going square dancing, being the camp ground host, she liked to visit the Senior Center, she was a social person. She especially loved her family and friends. Ruth is survived by her children Thomas J. (June) Kyle of Ontario, CA; Robert J. (Karla) Kyle of Chino Hills, CA; Trudy Barbison of Portland, OR; Ruth J. (Robert) Green of San Dimas, CA; 7 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Ira Green and her parents Joseph and Matilda Swisher. Funeral Services will be held on Friday April 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Immanuel Baptist Church located at 28355 Baseline Ave. Highland, CA. A Visitation will be held on Friday April 8, 2011 one hour prior to services at the church CA. Another Funeral Service will be held Monday April 11, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church located at 220 East Center St. Beaver, UT. Interment will be in the Mountain View Cemetery, all under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
