(St. George, UT) - Local advertising executive Chris Weber has joined the KCSG Digital Television sales team. The announcement by Ed Merrifield, KCSG-DT general manager, said Weber brings 8-years media advertising experience locally and in Southern California. The last three years he has been successful at increasing local display and product advertising revenue by implementing new marketing strategies.

Merrifield said Chris brings a demonstrated ability to marshal resources and people to successfully grow new media revenue. His experience, discipline and media skills are superb assets for KCSG-DT. We are excited to have him join our sales team," he said.

Chris said he is thrilled with the opportunity to join KCSG-DT at a time in which the company is transitioning into the digital era of television combining the synergy of multiple KCSG-DT channels and southern Utah's leading online information source.

Weber is an alumnus of Victor Valley Community College and a US Navy veteran married to the former April Doyle of Fontana, California. Chris and April live in Hurricane and the parents of two children; Tyler, 12, and Hannah, 9.
