(Cedar City, UT) - Spring is here and that means home building and home projects. Time to landscape, redo, remodel, and build.

The Iron County Home Builders Association’s Spring Home & Garden Fair is schedule for Friday and Saturday, April 27-28 at the Sharwan Smith Center Ballroom on the SUU Campus at 351 West University Boulevard, Cedar City. Over 45 exhibitors from the home and garden industry will be showcased at the premier spring home event featuring the best products and services related to home improvement, remodeling, building, home technology, landscape, decorating and outdoor living.

The Cedar City Spring Home & Garden Fair hours Friday are 3:00PM to 8:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM to 5:00PM. There will be prizes and giveaways along with entertainment by Sillbeedog, a local band playing 60s, 70s and 80s rock.

Saturday morning the Iron County Home Builders Association will hold a benefit breakfast from 8:00AM - 9:00AM sponsored by SUU Chartwells and Funder Welding for one of Cedar City’s well known builders, David Seals and past ICHBA president. One-hundred (100%) percent of the proceeds will go to the David Seals who is currently battling liver cancer. The breakfast at the Sharwan Smith Center is $5.00 a person donation for full-breakfast and fair admission.

Fair tickets are $3 at the door or available FREE at IFA Country Stores and AHERN Rentals or the April ValPak envelope.
