    (VERNAL, Utah) – Are you fascinated with television programs about fossil discoveries? Join Utah Field House State Park Museum staff Monday, August 18 through Friday, August 22 to experience the excitement of exploring and collecting dinosaur, plant and mammal fossils. Participants will work alongside paleontologists in the Uinta Basin uncovering and collecting specimens for the museum.

    Cost is $300 per person for five days or $100 per individual day. Event is open to anyone 16 years or older; however 16 to 18 year olds must be accompanied by a paying adult. Participants should be prepared to work in hot, dry, sunny conditions and bring supplies including work gloves, hiking boots, water, sunscreen and snacks.
