  • Police Seek Help in Identifying Robbery Suspect

    (CEDAR CITY, Utah) - At approximately 5:30 AM, officers from the Cedar City Police Department responded to the report of a robbery at the KB Express located at 1944 N Main Street in Cedar City. The suspect entered the store and went behind the counter. The suspect displayed a knife and demanded the clerk open the cash register. After the clerk complied, the suspect removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the till and left the store. The suspect then entered a gray or silver, four door Honda sedan and fled the area.

    Officers from the Cedar City Police Department and neighboring agencies searched the area looking for the suspect. At this hour, police are continuing to evaluate the evidence collected at the scene. The investigation is on-going.

    The suspect is described as being a white male in his twenties. He was last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
