Shana Bland, St. George Senior Citizens Center supervisor, describes classes such as, pickleball, Zumba and Breakfast for the Brain for anyone over the age of 60 who is interested. She said that it is for the mind, body and spirit--by enjoying the company of others, joining a bereavement support group for those who have lost a spouse, or learning a new skill to expand your horizons.
"The Senior Center is a key hub of all of your resources," Bland said. "We are a great referral service and know of most senior services in the area."
