(WASHINGTON COUNTY, Utah) - On February 20th Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah (HFHSWU) partnered with the St. George Golden Corral to hold a fundraiser and bring awareness to the community about programs benefiting local residents. Throughout the evening the Habitat Staff and Board members filled drinks, bussed tables and educated the 177 attendees on the mission of Habitat.

“We are thankful for the generosity of the community and their support of Habitat. We can’t thank everyone enough that came out to support our mission. The partnership with Golden Corral will truly make a difference in building homes, community and hope in Washington County” said Michael Gburski, Executive Director.

From the generous patrons and Golden Corral, we earned $750, which is fantastic. Through this kind of support from the community Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah is able to provide local families with a safe, secure, and affordable homes.
