(MESQUITE, Nev) - On January 4th at 10:30 am The Virgin Valley Heritage Museum garden will have a very special guest, Siri the goat! Siri belongs to Kelly Zarndt the theater teacher at Virgin Valley High School. Mrs. Zarndt and her students have just had a successful run of the Brothers Grimm and are looking forward to an exciting spring production. Mrs. Zarndt is lending the goat to the Virgin Valley Heritage Museum for the event. The Museum is for her contribution. This event will allow children to have an opportunity to learn about early farming in the Virgin Valley. Farming and ranching have been a big part of the Valley’s history and this event will share more about this with the community.

For more information about this event and the Museum, find us on Facebook at MesquiteNVMuseum or stop by the Museum at 35 W. Mesquite Blvd. The Museum is open Tu-Sa 10 am to 4 pm.
