Located at the Deuce, Suite # 5, ZUMBA is designed for women and men who want to capitalize on their workout time by packing as much cardio and movement into 50-55 minutes as possible. Zumba burns serious calories and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast.
Two classes per week:
Wednesdays 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Fridays 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Location Suite # 5, Deuce Facility
Wear comfortable work out clothing, sturdy work out shoes; bring a sweat towel, and a bottle of water. This class is taught by certified Zumba trainer, Maria Amariles. Each class is limited to twelve (12) participants - so sign up in advance for the class. Open spots may be available on a “drop in basis only” there are fees included, please inquire on these with the Recreation Center facility.
