(ST. GEORGE, Utah)- Mike Cass, Owner of Pro Auto Care is pleased to share the new company’s key to success, giving back. Says Cass, “We feel it is very important to support our community and the families that live in it during these trying economic times.” True to form, the company has created and participated in many community projects supporting not just safe driving, but safe and healthy living too!

Community spirit, you see, is what Mike Cass is all about. Mike and his team feel that everyone can use a little bit of inspiration and community spirit in their everyday life, and he is more than happy to be the one to start the ball rolling. “As a business owner, I feel a responsibility to the community. With the economy today, people are scared. Business owners need to step in and help to promote positive change so that we can get out of the negative cycle.” Mike explains.

To this end, Pro Auto has created programs to reward customers for giving back while providing integral support to the Southern Utah nonprofit sector. Though Cass and his family donate to many charitable causes (Dove Center, Elks Lodge Foundation, Toys for Tots, Veterans Coalition and more), there are several the Pro Auto Care team supports on an on-going basis.

In August, Pro Auto Care celebrated their Grand Opening. To commemorate the occasion and combine his goal of great customer service with his life-long mission of giving a helping hand, the company will be matching any donation of $10 or $20 to Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah with a Certificate of equal value for automotive services. Pro Auto Care sells Pink Windshield Wipers for $20.00 per set of which $10.00 is donated to the Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation.

The Dixie Deep Six Program certifies veterans in scuba. Why? 80% of scuba diving vets report PTSD symptoms relief, back pain relief and feeling a general sense of well-being, calmness and better control. Fundraisers organized for this program donate 100% of proceeds to the program helping our local veterans who have given so much of themselves to provide the freedoms we value and appreciate every day.

“Pro Auto Care is dedicated to serving customers and the community, what better way to do that than combining these two loves and creating simple, easy ways for our customers to give back and get rewarded at the same time? It’s a win-win I am happy to facilitate.” says Cass.
