(CEDAR CITY, Utah) - Our beloved mother and grandmother, Collean Wilkins Judd, 78, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013 at her home in Cedar City, Utah after a lingering illness surrounded by members of her loving family. She was born November 24, 1934 in Provo, Utah to William Warren Wilkins and Nora Allean Jones Wilkins. She married her high school sweetheart, Terrence Ray Judd on December 5, 1951 in Provo, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Oakland California LDS Temple.

She and Terry attended Lincoln High School in Orem, Utah. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served in numerous callings including Ward and Stake Relief Society President, Young Women’s President and held various musical callings throughout her life. She had great musical talent and a beautiful soprano voice. She was not afraid to perform in any production, roadshow, choir or other activity.

She took great pride in her appearance and especially loved the color purple. Terry owned a construction business, and they worked side by side for many years. Collean was an excellent sales person and especially enjoyed working in her daughter, Christine’s business, Bulloch Drug in Cedar City where she was famous for her Halloween costumes. She will be sorely missed by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who loved spending time with “gooma”.
