"The Farley Family Reunion" is a one-man show written and performed by Arrington. First debuting in 1981, Arrington's production included a vast array of total characters that have, over the years, found their way into the hearts of many, and become a common name across Utah Valley.
" 'The Farley Family Reunion' is a mythical family reunion where the audience is the family and I play all the people who participate in the family program," Arrington said. "It's as if these people are the funny side of all your relatives, and when I say 'your relatives,' I assume we are all Farleys when it comes down to it. They really aren't very different than the people who live next door to you or the people you go to church with or that you see every day. They're like the people in your own family -- many people tell me that."
"I play a 6-year-old, a 99-year-old and everything in between, including women and men," said Arrington of the Farley family repertoire. "They're your family and my family."
Celebrate and laugh with and at your own family at the St. George Opera House on September 27 for a side-splitting evening of good, old family fun and laughter in a way only the Farleys can present.
