(PHOENIX, Ariz) - The Arizona Division of Emergency Management (ADEM) is observing the 10th annual National Preparedness Month in September by spreading the message to be prepared.

ADEM is home to the Arizona Emergency Information Network, also known as AzEIN, which is the state's emergency bulletin website. It is a one-stop shop for all-hazard emergency preparedness information, like how to create a "go-bag" and what to do in the event of a disaster.

"The resources available on AzEIN go a long way in helping people be better prepared and more informed," Wendy Smith-Reeve, ADEM director, said. "The more informed they are, the better off they and their families will be in the case of an emergency."

AzEIN is at www.AzEIN.gov and also broadcasts bulletins and information around the clock on Twitter (www.twitter.com/AzEIN) and Facebook (www.facebook.com/ArizEIN).
