Elda Peterson Randall was born August 7, 1926 to H. Neill & Theresa Peterson in Cedar City, Utah. She married June M. Randall and 2 children were born of this union; Jack Michael and Tawnee Randall. They were later divorced.

She loved doing crossword puzzles, Sudoku, game shows and Hawaii Five O on TV. Elda has a passion for reading and had her own extensive library.

Elda was preceded in death by her parents, daughter-in-law Susy Randall, and her best friend and companion of 15 years Cario (a Maltese).

She is survived by her son Jack (Colleen) of Enterprise; daughter Tawnee of St. George; siblings Beverly Neilson of Cedar City, Charles Peterson (Darlos) of Kanab, Dianne (Melvin) Wilkey, and Sherry Smith of Salt Lake City; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews who all loved her dearly.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at 12:00 noon in the Old Rock Church located at 75 E. Center Street in Cedar City, Utah. There will be a visitation prior to services from 10:00-11:30am. Interment will be in the Cedar City Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Dr. Bruce Hendrix, the staff of Valley View Medical Center, and her special helpers from Hospice Alliance, especially Ethan, Hannah, and Krysta.
