    (ST. GEORGE, Utah) - Tuesday, August 6th, 6:00 P.M. at the Dixie Center on 1835 Convention Center Drive in St. George, Leslee Henson and her daughter Haley will present the dangers of distracted driving. On March 4th Dave and Leslee Henson were walking along Dixie Drive in St George and were hit by a car while walking on the sidewalk. The driver at fault was texting and speeding. Dave was killed and Leslee suffered a broken neck, broken back, separated shoulder and several other injuries including over 5000 stitches and staples in and on her head.

    Child Safety presented by Henry Schmidt, a Washington County resident who works with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) will be provide informaiton on what we can do to keep our children safe. Information will also be presented to parents and caretakers of children with Autism.
