(ST. GEORGE, Utah) - Amber Rose (Bedford) Hansen, age 27, passed away on July 9, 2013 at St. George, Utah.

Amber was born December 30, 1985 in Anaheim, CA to Ronald Alan Bedford and Susan Lee Jenkins. Amber married Kelton Gene Hansen on August 14, 2006 in St. George, Utah.

Amber was raised in Anaheim, California and graduated from Savannah High School in June of 2004. She had so many friends and was interested in a variety of activities but mostly loved being on stage and participated in high school drama all four years -- eventually directing a school play her senior year. She loved to bake and dreamed of becoming a pastry chef.

When she became a wife and mother she brought her domestic talents, creativity, baking, party planning, gardening and love of holidays – especially Halloween -- into her home and enjoyed being a hostess. She was constantly thinking of ways to entertain her children with creative and fun craft projects. Her hands were never idle – making costumes, cross-stitching, painting, decorating, and most recently, building a fort in the back yard.

She is survived by her loving husband, Kelton Gene Hansen (St. George, UT), her three children Natalie Rose Hansen, Drake Alan Hansen and Lydia Kinsey Hansen (all of St. George, UT), her father, Ronald Alan Bedford (Washington, UT), her mother, Susan Lee Jenkins (Washington, UT), former stepmother, Colleen Haycock Bedford (St. George, UT), her sisters, Andrea Joy Bedford (Garden Grove, CA), Allison Lynn Bedford (Washington, UT), Alisa Concetta Woodbridge (Washington, UT), former stepfather, Craig Woodbridge (Garden Grove, CA), father-in-law Robert Lincoln Hansen and mother-in-law Palma Hayes Hansen (both of St. George, UT), sisters-in-law Kristl (Rich) Nelson, Kaley Buhler, Kinsey Hansen, brothers-in-law Kylen (Adrienne) Hansen (all of Salt Lake City), Kody Hansen (Camp Pendleton, CA), her aunt Julie Jenkins, (Muskegon, MI) uncle Franklin Jenkins (Hurricane, UT), uncle Steven Jenkins (San Diego, CA).

She is preceded in death by her Aunt Lynn Jenkins.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 9:30am to 10:30am in the Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 South Bluff Street, St. George, UT. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am.
