    (CEDAR CITY, Utah) - Agnes Hrabovsky Lawrence, 82, of Cedar City passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. She was born October 5, 1930, in Yoakum, Texas to Joseph F. and Mary E. Hrabovsky.

    Agnes was a beautiful, loving, caring and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved life, love, and loving others. She was a treasure and brought joy to all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

    She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 60 years, Ernest (Gene) of Cedar City; her children Joseph (Susan) of Mesquite, NV, Wesley of Las Vegas, NV, Brenda (Tony) Smith of New Zealand, Warren (Michelle) of Bradenton, FL; her grandchildren Megan, Blanton, Chelsea, Adeline, Mathis; her sisters Vickie Moody, Mary Ann Bernhard Rosalie Roemer, all of Victoria, TX and numerous nieces and nephews.

    She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph F. and Mary E. Hrabovsky, brothers Jody, Louis and Edward Hrabovsky and sister Anna Marie Brown.

    Visitation was from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at Christ the King Catholic Church with a Rosary recited at 7:30 p.m. A viewing will be from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 14, 2013 at Christ the King Catholic Church. A Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 14, 2013 at Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Cedar City Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
